Is the reception open 24 hours?
Our reception is open daily until 10:00 PM. If you arrive after 10:00 PM, our security team will warmly welcome you and assist you with your late check-in.
Which room do you recommend for a family of 4?
We recommend our Family Wooden House, which is ideal for families seeking extra space and comfort. The Family Wooden House consists of two separate bedrooms located side by side, each with its own private bathroom, and both rooms are connected by a shared private balcony, allowing families to stay close while still enjoying their own privacy.
Do the rooms have mosquito nets?
Our rooms are not equipped with mosquito nets. However, we provide mosquito repellent spray and mosquito lotion for your comfort during your stay.
What is the best way to get from Padang Bai Harbour to Devani Resort Sidemen?
The most convenient option is our private hotel transfer service. The rate is IDR 551,000 per car (one way). Please let us know in advance if you’d like us to arrange your transportation.

Yes. We are delighted to offer complimentary special touches for guests celebrating a honeymoon or birthday.
